FOHPP has various membership levels available. As a "Lifesaver" donor, you become part of the family of donors supporting this legacy project. See the chart below to review benefits associated with each membership level. Please note that the Community Supporter level does not include a TOSA Pool Pass.

Permanent on-site donor recognition will be based on pledge amount. 2012 Lifesaver Membership level benefits are based on cash payments received after September 1, 2011.
