Created in 2006, the Friends of Hoyt Park & Pool (FOHPP) is a privately-funded 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for all members of the community by developing, maintaining, and operating a medium-sized pool at Hoyt Park. FOHPP has raised $7.7 million dollars to date to cover: excavation of the old pool; engineering studies; design and building of the pool; extensive renovation of the existing bath house; infrastructure upgrades and the $1,000,000 operations endowment. We must raise $500,000 to finance the amenities that will make the new TOSA Pool at Hoyt Park a community gathering space we can all enjoy.
